Hello everyone, I hope you all are keeping well during this difficult time.  For this week’s report, I asked a friend of mine to list down five things which she has been doing to keep herself fit. I have listed them below:


1. Sleep for 8 hours daily.

2. Drink enough water and stay hydrated.

3. Listen to music and watch TV everyday (at least for 20 minutes daily).

4. Catch up with extended family members and friends.

5. Finish reading one book within two weeks.

6. Take online courses for intellectual growth.

7. Most importantly, look forward to the future with a positive perspective.
