'Pain a Bias'

Though the fact that the talks about “period leave” have begun with some companies already having them, it is quite rare and we are far from having such leaves in every organization. Given this context, women are to work extra with the pain in order to keep themselves at par in a society that is already questioning women’s abilities and uses menstruation as a justification for their bias.
