Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing well and taking care during these difficult times. For today’s edition, I asked my friend (who has experience as a volunteer in the field of mental health) to list down 5 things that everyone should follow to keep themselves fit in this tough time.


1. Stay hydrated- This is super important!

2. Take a break for about 15-20 minutes when you feel tired or after completing a task.

3. Stay connected with family and friends!

4. Exercise daily.

5. Develop a positive attitude towards everything.


These are just a few tips! I will interview her next week for further details and also on the impact of her work.
